The knife holder is made of ABS plastic. The blade can be extended using a button and retracts automatically. The ceramic blade is particularly thin and durable thanks to its special 0.5 mm design. It is non-magnetic and non-conductive, as well as rust and chemical resistant. The trapezoidal blade has a 60 mm cutting edge and two retaining notches. The blade can be used on both sides.
