The Leica DISTO D5 is particularly suitable for outdoor distance measurements. Thanks to the digital pointfinder, aiming is no problem, even in bright sunlight and over very long distances. Both the target and the measurement results are clearly visible on the large display with IPS technology. For maximum accuracy, measurements can be triggered by gestures, which is a decisive advantage, especially over long distances. Various functions such as Smart Horizontal Mode, height tracking, profile, and angle measurements offer considerable flexibility. This allows any measurement situation on the construction site to be resolved quickly and efficiently. The data can then be imported into the DISTO Plan app or customized templates, e.g., in Excel, and further processed to support an efficient and error-free digital workflow.
